RETURN POLICY
Purchaser (sold to), not end-user should contact The JMC Group regarding returns. To request A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling 909-445-1240 x122.
The JMC Group will accept returns of product for a period of 30 days after purchase.
Customized products may NOT be returned.
Conditions:
- Returnable with a 30% restocking charge, less tax & freight.
- Product must be in new condition and in its original packing material.
- Shipment must be returned prepaid.
- Write RMA number on all cartons.
- Product should be returned within 10 business days of request.
For products returned in sell-able condition, credit will be issued less fees, freight, tax and repair cost. No credit will be issued for used or un-repairable product. All freight claims are to be filed by customer.
