First, thank you for purchasing a Kingsley product. As you may be aware, with our warranty, many of our products are indeed a lifetime commitment. However, should you have a need to return a Kingsley product – and you are the purchaser (not necessarily the end user) – please contact Kingsley within 30 days after purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling (800) 376-7209, ext. 122.
The following conditions may apply:
- Customized products cannot be returned.
- Returnable products must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
- Shipment must be returned prepaid.
- Please write the RMA number on all cartons for faster processing.
- Product should be returned within 10 business days of request.
- Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge, less tax & freight, and repair cost (if any).
- Credit cannot be issued for used or non-repairable product.
- All freight claims are to be filed by the customer directly with the carrier service.
